How to REACH US

Our phones are frequently busy due to the number of calls we receive. We may ask you to leave a message on the voice mail in order to expedite your call. We will return your call as soon as possible.  Please DO NOT leave duplicate messages, because it slows the whole process.  You can also send messages via the patient portal, or send SHORT TEXTS to the main office line.

Please help us with the volume of calls by obtaining routine refills when you are in for your appointment.

WE DO NOT CALL IN ANY PAIN MEDICATION OR ROUTINE PRESCRIPTIONS AFTER HOURS OR ON WEEKENDS.

ESPECIALLY FOR BLOOD PRESSURE OR DIABETIC MEDICATIONS, PLEASE BE SURE YOU CALL BEFORE YOU ARE COMPLETELY OUT OF MEDICINE.

Please note that there is a procedure for prescription renewals. Feel free to text, OR call, OR have pharmacy send request. NOT ALL THREE, and NOT MULTIPLE TIMES. If you have texted, you will get a "received" response within 24 hours, and a "confirmation" text of prescription refill. If you are unsure whether your pharmacy has sent a request, you may call and ask between 9am and 2pm. Please allow 48 hours for routine prescription refills to be processed.

How to Get the Most Out of Your Clinic Visit

At every visit you should bring your medicines or a list of medications you take, including herbal supplements or vitamins. Please arrive a few minutes early in order to fill out any paperwork or update your information.

Please also feel free to make notes or a list of things to discuss with your provider.
